Studio B brings Sweeney Todd to the stage. This musical thriller, created by Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler, is chilling, suspenseful and heart-pounding all at the same time. “Sweeney Todd” tells the tale of the unjustly exiled barber who returns to his London home only to find his wife and daughter missing. He begins to seek revenge on the judge who framed him and his young wife. His thirst for revenge expands to unsuspecting customers. The resourceful meat pie shop owner downstairs from his shop, Mrs. Lovett, helps him dispense of the evidence.
Performances are July 10, 11, 12, 17, 18 & 19-7:30 on Fridays and Saturdays and 2:30 on Sundays Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors and students and $10 for kids ages 10 and under.
